What my Service Includes
As your doula, I am there for YOU. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. My role is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you make decisions that are right for you and your family.
Prenatal Planning Sessions
1-2 intentional sessions that help us get comfortable with each other, talk about your desires for birth, and form a plan of action.
On-call Labor support
On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks, continuous labor support through the birth of your baby, and one hour after to help with first latch.
And unlimited call, text, and email support during your pregnancy.
Postpartum Debrief
In-home visit to check in on you and your baby, debrief your birth experience, and answer any questions.
